Your use of the SMS services provided by Mean IT Consulting LLC (“Mean IT Consulting LLC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through the Constant Contact, Inc. platform (the “SMS Services”) is subject to these SMS Terms of Service (the “SMS Terms”). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. SMS Services Description

We may send both marketing and non-marketing messages, including transactional alerts. Examples include:

Marketing Messages: Promotions, specials, discounts, event reminders, and other marketing offers.
Transactional Messages: Billing notices, appointment confirmations, account updates, and service notifications.

Messages may be sent using automated technology, including autodialers or automated systems. Message frequency will vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data, telephone numbers, or consent records with any third party except our trusted vendors and service providers required to operate the SMS Services.

2. Eligibility

Must be a U.S. resident.
Must be 18 years of age or older to enroll.

3. User Opt-In

By providing your mobile number, you voluntarily opt in to receive recurring SMS messages from Mean IT Consulting LLC.

You confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
If your number changes, you must notify us at support@meanitconsulting.com.
SMS enrollment is not required to purchase services.

Failure to update us if your number changes may result in unauthorized message delivery, for which you agree to indemnify Mean IT Consulting LLC.

4. User Opt-Out & Support

To stop receiving SMS messages, reply with one of the following: STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE.
You may continue to receive messages for a short time while your request is processed, including a confirmation of your opt-out.
To resume SMS services, reply START.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability

SMS Services are provided “as-is” and may not be available at all times, in all areas, or through all carriers.
Neither we nor our providers are responsible for any failed, delayed, or misdirected messages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or cancel any part of the SMS Services or these SMS Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the SMS Services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
